Cooking Equipment and Cookbook Swap

Maybe you read The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and want your old cooking tools to go to someone who will enjoy them. Maybe your utensil drawer got stuck one too many times and you need to get rid of those four turkey basters before you go crazy. Or maybe you have a couple things to bring but really just want to hang out and network with other Portland food-lovers.
If any of those scenarios sound familiar, join us in the Holdfast dining room to trade your neglected cooking equipment and cookbooks. All equipment should be in working order, but normal wear and tear is fine. All books should be in fair condition.
Holdfast will be closed, but some light snacks will be provided. Event is BYOB—bring a beer, some cider, or a bottle of wine to share. There is NO COST to attend this event, but a $5 donation to the PCA scholarship fund is recommended. A $5 donation at the door will get you entered into a raffle to win some great prizes!
