Join your favorite local cookbook and culinary guidebook authors for a holiday book signing at Headwaters at The Heathman Hotel. (Hint, hint: a signed book makes a great holiday gift.) Authors will be on hand to sign and sell their latest and greatest titles as well as offer small bites and beverages for the crowd. Before the marketplace, PCA President Diane Morgan will lead a Q&A with Portlanders John Becker and Megan Scott, authors of the new Joy of Cooking!

2019 PCA OREGON CULINARY INSTITUTE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED TO PRISCILLA MADORE
Celebrating its 32nd year supporting current and future culinary professionals, the Portland Culinary Alliance announced its third annual Oregon Culinary Institute Scholarship. This annual $1,000 scholarship award is open to all students at OCI who submit a letter of application to be reviewed by the PCA Scholarship Review Board. The 2019 scholarship recipient is Priscilla Madore.
