2018 PCA OREGON CULINARY INSTITUTE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED TO JACKIE SUTHERLAND
Celebrating its 31st year supporting current and future culinary professionals, the Portland Culinary Alliance announced its second annual Oregon Culinary Institute Scholarship. This annual $1,000 scholarship award is open to all students at OCI who submit a letter of application to be reviewed by the PCA Scholarship Review Board. The 2018 scholarship recipient is Jackie Sutherland.
