HOW TO JOIN THE PORTLAND CULINARY ALLIANCE
The Portland Culinary Alliance (PCA) was established in 1987 as a non-profit, self-sustaining organization. Our focus is to promote education and networking opportunities for the Portland culinary community. The network of individuals and corporations involved with PCA have professional or avocational interests focused in the food and beverage industry. Their culinary work or interests are diverse and unique; examples include, growers, producers, manufacturers, retailers, advertisers, public relations, chefs, pastry chefs, culinary instructors, writers, bloggers, authors, recipe developers, photographers, and stylists. Our community ranges from students, to enthusiasts, to retirees, all keening interested in the culinary community.
As of January 1, 2016, our membership model has changed. Although there is no cost to be part of our community, we ask you to consider helping us manage expenses for our scholarship program, licenses, fees and event support expenses. Below are the various ways to help support PCA. We ask you to consider being an enthusiastic supporter of our organization! All payments are processed through PayPal.
